Cleo Starvale is a wolf shifter from Shadowspire Village and the older sister of Garrett Starvale. She served as guardian of the village before joining Prince Calder in his travels.

Appearance

Cleo is a young shifter woman with long blonde hair and golden eyes. She has some wolf like features in her human form including claws and wolf ears. She has a slim build and a slightly below average height.

Her village tends to get cold so she dresses warmly and doesn't put much thought into her clothing aside from that.

She's very apprehensive when meeting people from outside of her village. She doesn't trust very easily since it's her job to guard her village. Her brother's wellbeing is her top priority and she doesn't put much thought into her own wellbeing.

She usually has a 'no-nonsense' type of attitude and can lose her temper easily with those who try to tease or play pranks on her.

Combat

Being a shifter, she can transform into the form of an animal, hers being a wolf. While in her wolf form she has a heightened sense of hearing and smell, as well as an increase in strength and accelerated healing.

She can transform at will, as long as she has enough energy to do so.

Relationships

Cleo is her village's guardian and she takes that role seriously. She is not very open to those outside her village and it takes a lot for someone to earn her trust.

Garrett

Since their parents aren't around, Cleo has taken it upon herself to make sure Garrett is taken care of. She would protect him whenever he got bullied by other kids in the village and is very overprotective of him. Now that they've both grown up, she often takes him with her on guard duty so she can train him in combat.

Calder

Calder is fascinated by the shifters when him and Cleo first meet. After getting to know each other, he encourages Cleo and Garrett to travel with him and Robin. While she is apprehensive at first, she comes to trust Calder and they become good friends.

Robin

Robin loves pushing Cleo's buttons and teasing her. She is very easily annoyed with his antics, but somehow even though they both rile each other up constantly, they have a bond where they can be truly honest to each other.

Selene

At first Cleo is very wary of Selene, especially since Garrett is interested in her, but after getting to know her she appreciates Selene's calmness and sensibility compared to the rest of their group.
