STORY

The Encounter

As the night approach a hiker slowly makes their way back to the base of a cliffside. Plans were changed after encountering a being he never saw before-- an otherworldly and almost ethereal being perfectly woven of flesh and metal. By shock, he backed away until he went over the edge and fell from the cliff to his death....

Given second life by the extraterretrial that struck fear in him, he's horrified to see how his body progressively changes as it tries to reject the technology that revitalized him.

The Curse

The side effect of having bio-coded alien technology is a brief reconfiguation of one's self.... Essentially, it's a technological equivalent of lycanthropy. At a random point of each month, his body goes through an overload and transform into a more beastial and almost alien look. Extremely heated and dangerous to touch but only lasts for a night, leading to Simon to be overexerted and sleep for the majority of the day.

Hightened Abilities

Although the technology has cause major problems to his life, not everything is bad. Physically; he's alot more agile and percise with his movements, his altered muscles and bones allows him to be much quicker on his feet and able to take more damaged from various impacts and heights. The nanobots in his body allows for quicker heal time though can cause lycanthrope flare ups dependant on damage. Interestingly enough, his knowledge on technology and biology has increased greately-- allowing him to program and hack with inhuman effeciency and has a vague idea on what's happening to his body. Despite this advantage, he still does not know how to stop it without fatally hurting himself.

Notes

• Mask actually have slits for their eyes. Usually isnt visible at a distance but can be drawn upclose.
• White pinpoint pupils can be seen through the mask if desired.
• There is a thick black band around the mask that heeps it on his face, it's usually hidden by his hair.
• Hair is an undercut, bleached and cut by Simon, hair is type 2B and ends with a straight length cause of Simon's poor barber skills.
• Never takes off their mask, only shows their mouth AT MOST.

TRIVIA

• Mask is actually not made of metal but rather urethane, made to help complete the look and helps hide the exposed cybernetics as part of a look/costume.
• The mask is also removeable, but Simon never shows more than their mouth for security reasons.
• Skin, although soft, is bumpy due to the wires and tubes that run throught their body.
• Their skin writhe due to the alien technological mites that crawls and slowly reconfigures their body.
• He's usually accompanied by the quiet, subtle sounds of moving pistons, whirling mechanics and hissing vents with each breath.
