Description
Tiphany is your typical insane clown girl. She's very loud and is usually causing problems for other people. Spends a lot of time around Con, who she treats like her little brother (and also like a baby). Though she does live with Con she doesn't tend to stay put, and often goes on flights around where she's living.

LOUD.
TRAITS
It's eyes aren't actually closed, it's just squinting really hard at all times. This does in fact make it much harder for it to see.
Cannot use magic in any way.
Tends to act more sane around Con.

Conpeito.
Collecting rabbits.

Being isolated.
The dark.

Backstory
During her very early years, Tiphany found Conpeito and just kinda.. took him with her. The two have been traveling around ever since. Just about every part of her backstory has to do with Con, really.
