Description
Piper is a pretty lazy Onini. Spends most of their time just laying about, procrastinating. When they do actually decide to do anything productive, they either go around breaking rules they consider to be dumb or they're treasure hunting.
Personality
Kind of just a couch potato.
TRAITS
Can switch between land and water formes at will, even while underwater.
Spikes on their clothing aren't actually sharp enough to hurt them.
Where do their shorts go when they switch to their water forme???

Blepping.
Partaking in stupid yet harmless get-rich-quick schemes.
Pulling pranks on people just trying to go for a swim.

Any form of government.

Backstory
Grew up in a circus, and ran away from it when they were a little kid. Spent some of their childhood traveling alongside the man who helped them escape, who they treated as their adopted father. As a teenager, they began searching for their younger sister, who they previously didn't know was alive and well.
