"You touch me, and I feel a little less war torn. I'm not sure what peace is supposed to feel like, but I think it may feel a lot like you."
- Kankuro was my first ever OC, and a complete ripoff of Kankuro from Naruto LMAO. At this point I've made enough changes to him and his story that I feel like I can call him my own though.
- Kankuro is able to transfer his consciousness into inanimate obejcts, and is able to control them using his energy. His body is kept in a sleep-like state when he's not inside it.
- His mother died during his birth, and his father comitted suicide before he was old enough to know him, leaving him to be raised by an older sister who resented him for taking her family away.
- Though his sister hated him silently, she still provided for him as best as she could. She stole to keep food on the table, learned to be an asassin in order to earn money, and did everything in her power to keep them both safe. At some point, his sister took in an orphan boy named Sasori, and he became their brother.
- Kankuro never saw his sister as his mother, but he was never able to see her as a sister either, and as the years went on, his sister's hate for him bubbled to the surface and their relationship became strained. She left as soon as Kankuro was old enough to take care of himself.
- At some point, their childhood home collapsed while Kankuro was inside, and his body was mangled almost to the point of death. Kankuro was able to transfer his conciousness into a piece of the house in order to conserve energy long enough to be found and taken to a hospital. He survived, although with one less arm and one less eye. Believing he was dead as he'd only seen the wreckage of the old house, Sasori went off on his own, and Kankuro was once again all alone.
- When he was 22, having lived through a lifetime already, Kankuro met the love of his life, whom he married just a year later.
