As the god representative of Ares, Neilina's presence incited fights and violence. However, she never backed down or feared her abilities. In fact, she sharpened her skills to not only defend herself, but also to fight back. And because of this, she can wield any weapon with superhuman accuracy and expertise.

A Rocky Start
Neilina was born with a certain aura around her. Her very presence caused violence and strife in her wake. Whether it was their nature or because of her powers, her parents abused her throughout her childhood. Every little thing was met with violence. After a huge incident when she was 12, the association discovered her and she was brought into their protective custody. A ball of rage covered in bruises and scars from years of abuse. After she recuperated, she was found to be a representative for the god of war, Ares.
School Days
To learn how to control her abilities, she was enrolled in the academy. She was at the top of her class for the longest time but lost that title a few years later to a rising star. She became extremely angry and formed a rivalry toward her. Not only did she take the top spot, she also had the love and attention that Neilina always wanted. It wasn't simple jealously, but extreme envy that went somewhat into resentment. And that feeling continued even after they had both graduated and started working for the association.
Attention and Affection
It was one of her mandatory days off, so she decided to stop by a local bar to drown her anger. But her anger only increased as guys offered her drinks. She would have exploded if it wasn't for one guy. He had light blonde hair that bordered pure white in color, his eyes were like the tranquil ocean blues, and the way he carried himself was clearly different from the rest. However, she rejected him all the same, albeit less harshly. But the more he tried, the more rattled she became. He was the first person to keep vying for her attention even when met with violent means. And he smiled and laughed no matter what she did to chase him away. She wasn't annoyed by his behavior, but actually flattered, and almost expectant of his attention. And eventually, she gave into his advances. It was after they had been dating for a while that she realized Ilias was a god representative like her.

Neilina cherished the time she spent with Ilias. He was the only one who could soften her and understand how she truly felt. However, she would still get mad at him when he made her do embarrassing things. His laugh both warmed and infuriated her.
