Queen Conquer

Cursed by a blue mage, Conquer's scars are unable to heal, instead blue mist sizzles upon any contact with her old scars that are to remain and fester until her eventual death. This causes pain, as due to the scarring across her eyes, even blinking will cause the blue mist to activate when her eyelids come in contact with the scars. She bears blue metal and gems as a reminder for her weakness and as an example of the evil of magic forced as her regalia by her husband, King Caliber. 

After the curse, she is shut into solitude with no visitors to prevent the risk of further injury, only brought out for events and ceremonies where Caliber gives the story of her downfall. Due to this, many individuals fear any contact with her, from both the worry of harming her and the consequence brought from Caliber if they're caught seeing her. This rule is sometimes broken by Ampersand, who visits the queen to offer some companionship and give updates when even her only remaining son is forbidden from seeing her.
