Osseus Riese (Osseynou Rebeiz)

Pronunciation: Ooh-say-noo Reh-bayz

Abilities: 

• Adept with guns (uses a hand cannon)
• Very stealthy despite his large frame
• Very good with knives
• Very knowledgeable on survivalist techniques

Weaknesses: 

• Not great with defensive maneuvers
• A pretty big target all things considered
• Has a tendency to goad the enemy (not a good idea, bud.)
• Loud

Personality: When you first meet the guy, he's pretty aloof. He doesn't speak much, prefers to wear his hood and face mask, and acts with frightening efficiency. That's a front he puts on to protect himself though, show yourself as a friend and you'll get to see the kind of guy he really is. 

He's a sharp-tongued, irreverent, mischievous, and overall really friendly guy. He's also incredibly loyal once you crack that outer shell, and will take the shirt off his back to make sure you don't get cold. But he'll also play it off like it's a normal thing to do: he's strange like that.

Background: Lived with his parents and younger sister, and was raised as a survivalist by his mother who was a former Terraformer for the Peacekeeping Guard. His life completely changed after he took out a notorious assassin trying to kill his mother by shooting him in the dead of night at 14. After that, he was taken in by another famous bounty hunter after the story spread of the gunslinger kid. This bounty hunter vowed to help Ortus protect Osseynou's family, as he also had a history with this assassin (Ortus only accepted when she specifically stated that the bounty hunter isn't her savior, he's her back-up bodyguard and son's self-defense teacher).

After building a close grandfatherly relationship with his mentor and assisting in many missions before taking on his own, he was the one who received his mentor's famous red bandana upon his retirement. With this memento, he carries on his legacy of hunting the guys the cops won't. He's considered a hero in his hometown.

He's friends with Ryogi because the two are kindred spirits, working for good in a system designed against that very concept.
