Master Juge
Featured in the fancomic Sweet Hella Quest.
The Master Juge is a corrupt legal figure and is arguably the main antagonist of the comic, being the one to have sued George Hay for $1,000,000,000,000 for being "too cool," a debt the main protagonists have been trying to pay off for the majority of the story.
He is a maniacal individual who is obsessed with dealing out legal rulings as an absolute authority, but he doesn't seem to coherently consider the situations in front of him and will instead sternly assert his judgement, not listening to input from those around him even if he is blatantly incorrect or disregarding something important.
Despite his antagonistic nature, the Master Juge seems to take personal offense at disrespect from others to the point of passive aggression or crytyping.

Manifestation
The Master Juge is able to manifest in seemingly any location, and "evaporate back to the courtroom" on will, letting him interject himself at any point as well as avoid any danger he may be in, bringing his entire desk with him when he does so.
Gavel Hit
The Master Juge hits the gavel very rapidly onto his desk when worked up, which has been shown in a game over branch to be of lethal strength.
Enact Penalty
The Master Juge has supreme legal authority, letting him enact penalties onto anyone he so desires, as long as it legally makes sense... to him, at least. He has once used a "Mario button" to turn a nearby skate ramp into a flight of stairs as a penalty, and of course, put George Hay into massive debt on a whim.
