Backstory

Hayleey's story starts quite depressingly. His father was a shooter who didn't care for the lesser races, and his mother had died in childbirth, so Hayleey was given up to a remote orphanage in the middle of nowhere, left to rot or be given to someone who actually wanted him. He grew up slowly, bored out of his mind and itching to do anything that would seem dangerous or exciting. This only led to him getting put in time outs, which led to restlessness. he lived like this for 6 or 7 good years, until everything was abruptly cut short by a fire. Whether it was fire magic experimentation gone wrong, or someone had done it on purpose, no one could say. No adults survived the fire.

Only a handful of other Stardragons survived along with Hayleey, and together they started making their own way in the world, learning how to survive and grow up without adults. Being children, they didn't really have much experience or skills, or much of anything, really, but the older ones tried their best to make up for any shortcomings, turning foraging into a game and hunting into an art. Still, the small ones started to go missing, one by one. Panic began to set in, which was offset with more games. It was at one of these games, Hide and Seek, that hayleey was the next victim. The sun set as he sat in his hiding place, and he fell asleep without even realizing how tired he was. When he finally came out of hiding, the group had moved on, assuming that he had been killed by some animal in the forest.

He wandered the world for a while, looking for his friends, before giving up on that entirely. No matter where he looked, the group seemed elusive. No one had even heard of any of his friends. He knew inside him somehow though, that he would find them again one day. He just had to keep looking. Now he travels the world for his own benefit, looking for experience and a place that he can call Home. He can be found anywhere, from beaches to shooter cities (normally in the alley streets or stealing), and is almost always willing to talk.
