Story

Liam is Tony's biological son. His mother Elena, a former model, becomes pregnant after a
one-night stand. She decides to have the child, but withholds it from Tony because she
doesn't think he is capable of being a father at the time, and she is afraid that he will take the
child away from her, seeing as he would win a custody battle thanks to his money and
influence.

Elena is diagnosed with terminal cancer when Liam is 6 years old. Shortly after her
diagnosis, she tries to contact Tony, so that he will take care of their son. She eventually
succeeds after a paternity test confirms Tony is Liam’s father. Liam finally moves in with Tony
when his mother is admitted to the hospital. There she passes away a few weeks before his
seventh birthday.

He spends a lot of time with Happy, Pepper or with his best friend (NAME), especially in the
beginning.

From the age of 14, Liam attends Midtown High School (the same high school as Peter
Parker). Even though he would actually be intelligent enough to skip several grades like his
father and graduate much earlier, he attends school at the regular pace. It was one of his
mother's last wishes for him to have a relatively normal childhood/adolescence and make
friends.

At the age of 15, Liam is kidnapped. A scientist is trying to recreate the Super Soldier serum
and is experimenting on humans, especially teenagers, for this purpose, because his
previous experiments showed that their adolescent bodies tolerate his prototype of the
serum best. Due to an accident with Tony's repulsor beam, shortly after Liam was
administered the serum, he gets his powers.
All previous test subjects died from the side effects of the serum. The Avengers manage to
free Liam, but after his liberation he suffers from the side effects of the serum and fights his
life for some time. Until Tony succeeds in finding a kind of antidote against the poisoning
symptoms. Liam has to take the antidote daily since then. In addition, his left forearm is
badly damaged and partially replaced by metal. He covers this later with a bandage when in
public.

Even after his physical recovery, he spends several months at home and also does not go to
school, because he cannot control his newfound powers. Especially strong emotions cause
him to give off energy surges in the beginning. However, with time and the help of the other
Avengers, he manages to get his powers under control.

His friends are not particularly fond of him after he goes back to school. He had no contact
with them during his recuperation and even after his return does not tell them the real reason
for his absence, but only tells them that his long absence had health reasons.
Through his father, Liam finally meets Peter, with whom he gets along well right away. He
spends a lot of time with Peter, Ned and MJ. He falls in love with Peter and finally gets
together with him. Since Peter was not aware that he also likes men and is therefore
insecure, they keep their relationship secret at first.

Liam's relationship with his friends improves again after they learn what really happened
during Liam's absence. He is not really resentful, since he can understand that they were
upset because he didn't contact them during his absence and didn't give them an
explanation.

Liam does not survive the snap. After the events of Endgame, he first lives with his father,
Pepper and Morgan in their lake house, before they move back to New York so that Liam
can continue to go to school there.

- Tony gives him a metal bracelet, after his abduction, that can become a bracer to
protect his left forearm in case of an emergency, because the arm is partly made of
metal but the surrounding, still intact tissue is sensitive and thus unprotected it is one
of Liam's weak points. There is something engraved on the inside of the bracelet.
