Withering Willow is Tardust's aunt and past mentor and the current mentor of Cinnamonpaw
Willow is Tar Dust's mom's twin sister and when she dies, Willow spend a long time grieving. She eventually got herself back together to become Tar's mentor.
She cares for Tar like her own child so when he came to her asking for help mentoring Cinnamon, she agreed to it.
