Info

  • Prices may change at any time, with or without warning. Orders placed before a price change will retain the price agreed on at the time of correspondence.
  • You may request my e-mail address or Discord handle for the purposes of communication.
  • Turnaround time will vary heavily, depending on the order. I also work erratic hours, which won't affect the actual amount of time too badly, but may affect when the order is delivered.
  • On the note of the above, my sleep schedule is unpredictable even to myself. It may take me a while to get back to you. That said, my timezone is CST, affected by Daylight Savings Time.
  • If something isn't listed here, feel free to ask!
  • Prices here are more accurate than on other sites such as Ko-Fi, if there happens to be any differences.
  • Please see my ToS, linked above, for more specific information on what the expectations are for both sides!

  • Real people (exception of fanart of live-action media characters)

Pricing

Sketches

Rough

$10

Fees: +$5 Extra Character +$10 High Complexity +$10 "Pen" Shading

A rough, unrefined sketch. As a default, these are black on a white background, though you may request different colors for the sketch lines and background. I do not do multiple colors on sketch lines, but you can request a gradient on the background. Due to the settings of my sketch pen, some colors that aren't black or red may come with variances in brightness, which is most easily seen on blue lines. You may specify whether you'd like this kept (second example) or overridden (fourth example).

Rough "pen" shading, as seen on the first example, can be applied for an extra fee.

Sketchpage

$20

Fees: +$5 Every sketch past 5 +$5 Every instance of "pen" shading +$10 Second character

A collection of multiple rough sketches on a pre-determined canvas size of 2500px x 2000px. By default, comes with five rough sketches in varying views and shots of one specific character. Usually includes one fairly detailed fullbody and several less-detailed fullbodies or detailed close-ups of head, accessories, etc. Not intended for use as a reference sheet, but can provide useful insight into the character's general demeanor and details.

Flatcolor

$15

Fees: +$10 Extra character +$10 High complexity

A roughly-colored sketch without any shading except where necessary for definition and depth. You can request either "pen" coloring (solid color without variance, example three) or "marker" coloring (visible brushstrokes and variance in opacity, examples one and two). Default is marker coloring.

By default these come on a white background. Be aware that marker coloring does not mesh well with transparent backgrounds or different colors.

Shaded

$20

Fees: +$15 Extra character +$10 High complexity

Rough sketch lines with otherwise relatively clean coloring and rough, but detailed, shading.

By default comes with a white background, but can be placed on other colors or provided with transparency. I need to know ahead of time if this is what you want, however, because I need to be aware of the intended background color while I shade and clean the colors.

The examples here are among my most recent, though there are other examples I could give of rougher coloring if that's what you want. Examples can also be provided of non-humanoid characters. Most examples are vertically tall-- please open the image in a new tab to see it in full.

Headshots

Symmetrical

$10

Fees: +$5 Assymetrical features +$10 Shading

A front-facing symmetrical headshot of a character, colored. Any applied shading will be symmetrical when possible. Assymetrical features such as scars, flopped ears, or hairstyles can be drawn for an additional fee. Lineart without color can be provided for free.

Due to anatomical features and my own personal specialties, this type of headshot is best on non-human faces, such as dragons, canids, and felids. I will take humanoids for this commission type, but they are less likely to come out looking quite as good.

More examples can be provided on request for both humanoid and non-humanoid characters. The majority are parts of other commission types, and thus cannot easily be shown in this section.

Lineart

$10

Fees: +$5 Extra character

An uncolored, refined headshot of a character with clean lines. By default, this comes with black lines on a white background; either color may be requested to change, and transparent will be given upon request.

Aspect ratio will typically be square, on a 1500px canvas. Size may be raised if desired.

All examples provided are square. Open the image in a new tab to see it in full.

Flatcolor

$15

Fees: +$10 Non-shaded texturing +$10 Extra character

A refined, colored, unshaded headshot of a character. By default, this comes transparent, though a simple gradient or texture background may be provided upon request.

Aspect ratio will typically be square, on a 1500px canvas. Size may be raised if desired.

Most examples provided are square. Open the image in a new tab to see it in full.

Mawshot

$20

Fees: +$5 Shading +$10 Shaded fur, feathers, and other complex textures +$15 Saliva, blood, etc

A headshot of the character showing off its impressive set of teeth, often open-mouthed in a snarl or hungry expression. By default, this comes flat and transparent, without any details that explicitly mark it as vore. Those details, as well as shading, can be applied for a fee. At this time, this does not come with the option of an extra character.

Shaded

$25

Fees: +$10 Fur, feathers, and other complex textures +$10 Colored lineart +$15 Extra character

A fully textured and shaded headshot of a character. By default, this comes with a simple gradient or abstract texture background, as well as a slight glow or shadow effect around the character and canvas edges. On request, transparent and flat variants can be provided, as can the background given.

Aspect ratio will typically be square, on a 1500px canvas. Size may be raised if desired, for a fee depending on detail level and overall size.

All examples provided are square. Open the image in a new tab to see it in full.

FULLBODIES

Lineart

$20

Fees: +$15 Extra character

An uncolored, refined fullbody of a character with clean lines. By default, this comes with black lines on a white background; either color may be requested to change, and transparent will be given upon request.

Flatcolor

$25

Fees: +$10 Non-shaded texturing +$20 Extra character

A refined, colored, unshaded fullbody of a character. By default, this comes transparent, though a simple gradient or texture background may be provided upon request.

Suitable for use as pagedolls, as long as I'm told ahead of time that's the intended purpose. Though you can use any sort of image you like for a pagedoll, knowing before I start sketching will result in an image that fits in the corner of the screen better, with less loss of detail at smaller sizes.

Shaded

$40

Fees: +$15 Fur, feathers, and other complex textures +$15 Colored lineart +$25 Extra character

A fully textured and shaded fullbody of a character. By default, this comes with a transparent background. On request, simple gradient or abstract texture backgrounds and flat variants can be provided.

On request, transparent and flat variants can be provided, as can the background given.

Stylized

Tribal

$15

Fees: +$5 Simple coloring +$10 Color fill

Stylized tribal- or tattoo-styled images, which can depict a character, animal, object, or anything else. By default, these are solid black on a transparent background, as in example 2. Simple coloring may be applied to the blocks of black themselves (examples 1 and 3), or to the background between the color blocks (example 4) for a fee. Though the examples displayed show each block being one solid color, they can have multiple colors, gradients, markings, and textures applied to them for only the "simple coloring" fee.

Abstract

$15

Fees: None; flat price

Full artistic freedom piece based on a theme, color palette, symbol, etc. These are primarily texture and color, and are suitable for use as backgrounds, wallpapers, banners, etc. These are often very large images, both in terms of resolution and in filesize!

Sugimori

$20

Fees: +$5 Additional "shiny" variant

Fullbody, shaded image of a Pokémon-style design in an approximation of the style of the former main illustrator of the franchise, Ken Sugimori, also known as "Sugimori Style" or "Sugi-Style". Complex character designs will be simplified to fit the style. The character does not need to be a Pokémon, fusion, or Fakemon to be drawn in this style. Extra characters are not available in this style except for when those characters are part of the design (such as the accessory Dreepy to a Dragapult, or the multiple individuals that make up Falinks or Exeggcute).

Pokémon Sprite

$25

Fees: +$5 Additional "shiny" variant +$10 High complexity +$20 Full set of sprites (details to right)

A sprite in the style of Pokémon's generation 5 sprites, up to 96px square (though it may be extended to 100px if absolutely necessary). This only includes a static front sprite. For an added fee, a full set of sprites can be made: front, back (in either generation 4 or 5 style), menu icon, and overworld. In this case, the additional "shiny" variant will be provided for free.

The character doesn't necessarily have to be a Pokémon, but as I do not do trainer sprites at this time, it is recommended the character is at least a feral body type. Sprites can be formatted for use in Pokémon Essentials on request.

Pixel Art Map

$30

Fees: +$10 High detail +$20 Over 500px +$30 Over 750px

A map of an area done in a personal pixel art style, including color-coded terrain types such as elevation, mountain, beach, and forest. Usable for Pokémon region maps; however, they do not automatically come scaled and sized for Pokémon Essentials usage and I must be informed that you want this before I start. I do not place towns and routes in this case. These maps show geography, however points of interest and political borders can be marked.

The first example is a Pokémon fan region, scaled and sized for use in a fangame. The second is a more detailed map of a generally smaller area. The third example is a scrapped and incomplete project, displayed here for an example of a large and less detailed map.

Large Pixel Art

$40

Fees: +$10 Semitransparent features +$20 High complexity

A larger pixel art piece of a character, fullbody and shaded. Size will vary heavily; the example shown is 200px square. This type of commission will have a relatively high amount of detail and the size of the piece will rely on how large it needs to be to show the character details smoothly.

I currently only have one example which was done as practice years ago. The closest approximation I can give to style is resembling pixel-art-based petsites such as Dragon Cave and Magistream, but by no means is it a direct attempt to replicate the style.

This commission type is highly experimental. Quality of end result may vary, and the price may go up in the future.

Reference Sheets

Character Design

$20

Fees: +$10 Shading +$15 Additional views

An artistic freedom character design following loose themes, details, and/or color palette given by the client. The rare times I do "egg hatching" adopts fall into this category. The client may choose broad details such as species, body type (feral, anthro, etc), and aesthetic, as well as offer ideas for exact palette, details, and accessories, but the rest of the design falls under my own discretion.

By default, this will come with a flatcolored fullbody and color palette on a solid or lightly textured background. The client will be given a transparent version of the character on request.

All examples are old and use a less refined style in reference composition, shading, and linework. You can expect more modern pieces to have my current quality.

Voidwalker MYO

$20

Fees: +$5 Matching Voidling +$10 Shaded + glowing variants +$10 Flat headshot +$10 Prismatic upgrade

Voidwalkers are a currently unreleased CS. Their species information is not currently done, and this option thus requires existing knowledge of Voidwalkers and extensive communication with me. Information available at this time is that Voidwalkers have traits of varying rarity; any trait aside from those considered "Prismatic", or the rarest class of traits, may be selected on a standard MYO.

The client is specifically paying for the art, rather than just the right to make a character that is a Voidwalker. This also comes with an official slot on the Voidwalker master list.

Simple Reference

$35

Fees: +$10 per detail cutaway +$15 per extra headshot/bust +$20 per extra fullbody

A basic reference sheet for a character. By default, comes with one fullbody, one headshot, color palette, and basic information such as name and species. The background defaults to lightly textured color with a thin border of another color. Transparent versions of each view on the reference sheet can be provided on request.

Shading is not available for this reference type. Otherwise, there is no hard limit to what can be displayed. Fullbody views default to a basic 3/4 or 2/3 side view, and headshots default to 3/4 top. I do not normally do straight-on side, front, or back views; these will have to be specifically requested.

Complex Reference

$60

Fees: +$10 per shaded fur, feathers, and other complex textures +$10 per added detail cutaway or accessory +$10 per added shading +$15 per added headshot +$20 per added fullbody

A detailed reference sheet containing a flat fullbody (with free optional back view or outfit change), a shaded fullbody, a flat headshot, up to three detail cutaways or accessories, color palette, and moderately detailed information. Like the simple reference sheet, this all comes by default on a lightly textured colored background with a different color as a thin border, but you may request a low-opacity image (typically a sketch of the fullbody) be overlaid on the background. Transparent images available on request.

These are often massive images in both resolution and filesize. Turnaround time is fairly long for these, especially if there's a lot of added details. Only the first example is recent at this time, as I don't do these very often.

Base Art

Custom Voidling

$5

Fees: None; flat price

Voidlings are a semi-open species used as "RNG adopts" (sometimes called gacha adopts) on the petsite Flight Rising. All Voidlings use a base for lineart and shading, with an additional base being a rare trait. See this link for more information.

Custom Voidlings can universally be paid for with Flight Rising currency at a rate of $1 : 100G : 100kT. I do not accept mixed payment. These are done on a base and are not drawn 100% from scratch. Traits must still be followed; I will not draw new accessories for this. All custom Voidlings have a star symbol that marks them as custom and unable to be bred.

False Star Angler

$10

Fees: None; flat price

False Star Anglers are an open species created by myself after buying the base creature; you do not need my permission or to buy one here in order to make one. However, I do have a shaded base for the species.

False Stars are typically dark-colored with bright, bioluminescent markings. Purchase of this commission type will provide you with a flatcolor, shaded, and glowing version of the character.

Base drawn by Wildegeist. Commercial rights purchased by myself.

Other Base Fill

Price of base + $10*

Fees: Variable

I offer base fills for those that are unable or unwilling to color a base themselves. I operate with both free bases and P2U bases; however, in the latter case, I require that the cost of the base be covered in the comission price. The $10 added fee is for my personal effort and, depending on the base, may raise or lower for a specific order. In the interest of fairness, the base cost will still be included in price even if I already own the base. I may have some bases shaded when they weren't before, or if not, I may be willing to shade them for a fee.

Artists whose bases are used as examples: Godbird (x2), LampP0st, HoneyBeest, Ferwildir, Neffertity, FelisRandomis, Taluns, Shinzessu, Capdown

Branding

Logo

$10

Fees: Variable

Simple logo for personal use. I specialize in somewhat more abstract logos with little text and texturing that won't be lost at small sizes. Technically this is a flat price, but if the logo is intended for professional use, I may want to negotiate an added fee depending on various factors involved.

Emote

$15

Bulk Pricing: $12 each Two emotes $10 each Three emotes $8 each Four or more emotes

For use on Discord or Twitch, but I need to know where it's intended to be used: Discord emotes are often a smaller size than Twitch emotes, so there's more detail loss in many cases. Examples one through three were made for Discord; examples four through six were made for Twitch!

These are usually drawn on a 500px square canvas.

Sticker

$20

Fees: None; flat price

For use on Discord or Telegram, using the Sticker option rather than Emote. These are roughly the same resolution as an actual emote, but more detailed with finer lineart, and more room for text, actions, and expressions. While emotes are generally used to convey basic concepts and emotions, the added detail a sticker allows for can provide something more specific, nuanced, and clearer.

Other

Full Render

$75

Fees: +$20 Shaded fur, feathers, and other complex textures +$30 Extra character +$30 Complex scenery

A massive, fully shaded image of at least one character with dynamic posing and complex visual effects. Background can range from transparent with props, complex texturing, simple scenery, or complex scenery. The result is very high resolution, often fitting for a modern desktop background or a printed poster.

These sorts of pieces are very long-term projects with the highest turnaround time of any of my commission types barring complex reference sheets. It may be upwards of two months between order placement and final product; however, I provide works-in-progress on request and whenever I finish a step in the process.

Eyecon

$10

Fees: None; flat price

A close-up, detailed and shaded view of a character's eye, for use as icons and avatars. The most attention is paid to the iris for the simple reason that I love shading and detailing eyes. Resolution will generally be 500px square, plus a 10px border. Border can be omitted on request.

Examples 2 and 3 are old and not reflective of current quality or style. They will be replaced as I draw more eyecons.

Experimental

Variable cost

Fees: Variable

Anything that doesn't fit neatly into the above categories! The examples shown aren't the only thing I can offer-- the first one is a rough 30-minute doodle I did when experimenting with SAI brushes, the second is a restricted color palette, and the third is an attempt to replicate traditional art in a digital medium. Feel free to shoot me an idea and we can work out the rest!
