 Angelis are the occupants of VITA and are what one would regard as traditional angels. They differ in that they are not unwavering in their obsession with purity. They aim to help all people, regardless of harm done to oneself. ANGELS ARE GENDERLESS BUT CAN CHANGE THEIR BODIES TO HAVE CERTAIN PARTS. Most angels will have a gender/pronouns that they present themselves at but sometimes they will refuse to take on a gender. Because of this, assume all angels use "they/them" pronouns UNLESS/UNTIL TOLD OTHERWISE

When away from VITA, Angelis become afflicted with mali. Mali is defined as a state of being where wing feathers begin shedding. In addition to the shedding, their minds become more clouded and this is reflected in their eyes. It becomes more difficult for Angelis to move as their bodies turn something similar to a statue. When an angel is fully under the curse of mali, Angelis affix their eyes to the Northern Gate and become immobile. Angels will die if the mali lasts more than 100 years, if something else doesn't kill them first. A week in VITA essentially "resets" the time that can be spent away from VITA.

The number, color, and size of an angel's wings indicate rank and age of an angel.

Apprentice Angels/Angelis are the lowest class of angelis and are aged less than 100 years old. They are able to last 50 years away from VITA. 
You can recognise them from their small single pink or blue feathered pair of wings

Young Archangel/Archangelis are angelis who are aged between 100 and 1000 years old. They are able to last 10 years away from VITA. You can recognise them from their small single white feathered pair of wings

Middle Archangel/Archangelis are angelis who are aged between 1000 and 100,000 years old. They are able to last between one and nine years away from Vita. The older the angelis are, the less like they can stay away. The time they can stay away decreases every 10,000 years. You can recognise them from their large single colored feathered pair of wings. 

Inner-Circle Archangel/Archangelis are the direct advisors to God and rarely leave him for long. They are usually angels aged more than 100,000 years old however younger inner-circle members exist. They can only last three months away from VITA. You can recognise them from their large single pure white or cream feathered pair of wings.

Militia Angel/Angelis are special angels created by rituals that are born and bred for war. You can recognise them from their lack of halos.

Half-Caste Angel/Angelis are  angels that are not purely angels. These are the result of angelis having children with other races. They can be recognised by their scaled wings.

Rex Angelis Associate/s have one pair of large wings in dark colors. The back of their wings are always black however the inner feathers can be any dark color. Technically they're fallen angels however due to their excessive loyalty (a.k.a the rule breaking was an accident), they forced through rituals that give them special powers and auras. Usually an angel's aura can be blindingly light however Assasin angels lack the inherent inability to commit crimes. God really really hates losing able-bodied angels to Moras because angels are draining for him to create and raise. RAA angels are usually contracted mercenaries and by extension, rich however they may perform jobs when summoned or trapped by a seal. They have a strict chivalrous code. Unlike normal angels, they are very self-righteous and will smite/kill creatures to maintain "balance" and ensure "justice" is served. 

 The leader of the RAA is the only one with normal wings as She is an ARCHANGEL not a RAA.

Time Keeper Angel/Angelis are blind angels who percieve many metaphysical things and keep track of timelines. You can recognise them by their two pairs of wings.

These angelis carry with them a token (usually a tattoo) which is imbued with the tears and a hair of god. These allow for them to spend (if necessary, an eternity) away from god.

As an angel gets darker and breaks more and more rules/commandments, their wings become darker. The tips will turn dark followed by the rest of their wings. The darkness is a gradient of the original color (e.g dark blue to blue). When an angel becomes an Assasin or Mercenary, they undergo a ritual that turns their fully darkened wings into either Black, Navy or Crimson. It's at this point that their natural wing color becomes 'streaks' in their wings. Usually these streaks will not follow a pattern however it is possible.
