Though Miles lost the respect and praise he had during his academy days on his first day as a guardian, after much time to heal and reflect, hes grown to accept his situation, not to let it tear him down. 

Now the lead singer of the rock band Shattered Halos, he and his delinquent friends do  what they can to try spread their message, that the Peak's system needs reformation, whether that be through their gigs, vandalism, or significantly more illegal means. 

He spends his most of his time in his adoptive brother Thunder's nightclub, Purgatory, on dates with his boyfriend, Ryder, or causing trouble with the rest of his bandmates.
