Born and raised around Tacoma Washington. He's an only child and has a rocky relationship with his parents, who both weren't ready to be parents and never took theirresponsibility seriously. He'd spent as much of his time away from home as possible until he was old enough to move out on his own with some local high school pals. Frequently would be spotted near the forests and rivers around his home, and always enjoyed being out in nature and away from people.

Julian moved down to California to go to school for computer science (and to get further away from his parents), but dropped out due to bad mental health. While technically "unemployed", he makes decent money performing music in local bars and clubs. He enjoys writing immensely, and spends more time writing music than he does performing, but enjoys playing solo gigs at clubs and bars around town. He mainly plays acoustic and bass guitar, and sometimes will be a stand-in for a band who needs a player.

Due to his parents general neglegence and teasing of his sexuality, he's a bit emotionally stunted and awkward, and usually has no idea how to emote to people properly, or process his own emotions. He has a hard time connecting with people and suffers from committment issues (mainly being able to connect with people on a personal level). He generally prefferred casual hookups to dating, and found it easier to connect with people physically. He never means to be rude, but his abruptness can sometimes turn people off. Struggles with himself a lot.

Generally tends to avoid socializing unless he needs or wants to. Because of this he comes off as arrogant and unapproachable, but is actually quite caring, thoughtful and well mannered. Not as rowdy as some of the people he hangs out with, but still enjoys a good party with people he knows. Charming and a smooth talker, he's also honest and does his absolutely best to do good by people. Needs a few days before making big decisions. He's hesitant when it comes to sharing/talking about his interests, and comes off as hella aloof and secretive. He's a relatively reserved person, but hard working despite it all. Always looking out for people he cares about and is the first to offer his assistance if he's able.

Suffers from a sleeping disorder called comorbid Insomnia, which is directly effected by his anxiety disorder. Due to this, he tends to nap and oversleep constantly. His sleep quality sucks, and is usually lethargic and tired no matter how much he sleeps.

Julian prizes his alone time, and hates being interrupted. Will spend hours daydreaming and writing phrases/lyrics come to him. Has a special place in his and Isaiah's apartment where he works on his writings. While not as performative with his creativity, he's really good at interior designing, much to his boyfriend's enjoyment lol. Likes making places feel more lived in and homey. Very modest about his skills and abilities, and doesn't like them being too hyped up on.
