HAIRSTYLE: Straight black hair that goes past her shoulders.
CLOTHING STYLE: Lolita dresses or casual wear but her default outfit is lolita.
ACCESSORIES: Chloe wears a frilly headband and rose gold hairclips. She also has a bow on her tail adorned with a cat plush.
DESIGN NOTES:
- She has a beauty mark under her left eye.
- Her eyebrows are cat shaped!
- She has a heart-shaped spot on her tail.

Personality.
Chloe is an upbeat and optimistic girl that tends to brighten up any room she walks into. She gets along with anyone she puts effort into speaking and is very much a people person. Her positive attitude allows her to befriend anyone and although some may find that uncomfortable, it’s clear that on the surface she has no malicious intent. Many would describe Chloe as someone who is easy to get along with, easy to talk to, and is open minded to new ideas. That is… as long as you stay on her good side.
Although Chloe is a very lovely girl on the surface, she has a nasty attitude when you get on her bad side. This side of her is rarely seen since most people try to not cross her on a daily basis. Chloe was a known bully in her adolencent years and she makes no effort in trying to hide that fact. She won’t hesitate to speak ill of you and ruin your reputation if you bother her too much so it’s better to stay in her favor. Otherwise, Chloe is probably the most friendly gal you’ll see around!

"Oh, hi there! You want me to ask about my feelings towards Noel?" her radiant and bubbly personality almost melts you. She ponders for a moment before responding, "Well, she's very special to me. I know most would describe her as cynical and difficult to deal with but I find her very lovable beneath that shield of hers..." she looks up and smiles when she notices your raised eyebrow. "I know it's hard to believe but Noel truly is a good girl. I guess she can use a little bit more honesty though," she giggles.
