Vivi was born after the great nuclear disaster, growing up alongside a new type of technology that used emotional energy as fuel. Soon enough, she noticed that almost everything would be replaced with this new type of energy. New weapons were developed with bullets made out emotional energy, which could only cause mental harm.
Vivi in the meantime was relatively bored, having nothing to do and being unsure about her future. That’s when she stumbled across a gun without bullets, being only able to function by feeding on the user’s emotions. Just for fun, Vivi decided to test the waters and start bounty hunting.
At first she enjoyed getting the money, “playing with the bad guys” and teasing the policemen. But as time went on, she grew bored (again) and began to slack off. Vivi ended up spending most of her time partying, only doing her job if she was running short on money.
When she wasn’t partying or working, she’d go after various people and ask them out on a “””date””” (with mixed results). Everything changed when she decided to hit on an older lady, who didn’t really appreciate her advances. When Falko ended up passing out from her wounds, Vivi decided to help and nurse her back to health.
That’s when she came up with an idea. She knew that Falko needed a lot of money, so she tried to convince her to do a heist with her. With her smooth talking, Vivi managed to persuade the old lady and two others to help her out.

Vivi could be more successful than she already is but her laziness is what holds her back the most.
Another unfortunate trait of her is that she can be quite stubborn.
