- A lazy but competent dispatch manager for missions in both the Oneirosea and the real world. Many don't have a face to the voice, as they stay in their room for much of the day.
- Their mare, Psychopylon, allows her to psychically transmit messages as long as the recipient is around a working recievier of a radio signal. Commonly, this ends up being a phone or speaker.
- She can adjust their 'frequency" and potentially discombobulate or hurt someone with it, though, staying on this frequency often results in headaches for her. Headaches tend to make her messages static-filled and low quality.
- Since she never has to handle a real station, she's often found multitasking, slacking off, or generally doing her job in the most annoying way possible.
