Prisma

• Has glitter in her ink, primarily in the ends of her tentacles.
• Hoodie is slightly oversized and as such a bit baggy, the sleeves moved about to show her hands.
• Beam-Brim Cap and Pearlescent Kicks are holographic.
• Left eyebrow has slit.

Prisma was born in a small city in the outer splatlands near the borders alongside her older sister Pilot. While not all, most of the small town's residents are Octolings, though one can see Inklings and other creatures visit often either for markets or jobs. Her mother mostly specializes in knitting and sewing things for the town's residents, while her other parent helps with mechanical jobs around the town. Prisma's upbringing was very normal and uneventful for the most part, and she only really fleshed herself out when moving away for college.

In order to be closer to her art university, Prisma moved to the Splatlands when she started college, renting a small apartment in the large city. A bit of an antisocial person, being in such a loud and crowded city was a large adjustment for her, actually causing her to become more shy and reclusive towards others. In her hometown, Ink sports were unpopular, with not many turf fields around, so most mentions of it were on TV. Upon her move to Splatsville, Prisma was roped into the Inksports scene by a few classmates/"friends" looking to create a rookie team. However, Prisma's meek personality made it hard for her to fully participate in Turf wars like her teammates, leading them to shun and replace her on the team, and as such causing her to start going solo. She's slowly improving, but her fear still gets the best of her.

Prisma is shy and quiet, opting to stay in her own lane rather than hop blindly into someone elses. She prefers to go at her own pace and always be aware of her surroundings, which can both benefit and hold her back when it comes to Ink sports. She has a tendency to be a bit meek and cowardly in the turf field, especially when someone approaches her head-on. Outside of the turf, she's a bit more relaxed, but has a hard time talking to people, and often blanks out during social situations. If someone breaks through her bubble somehow, they see a more excited and bubbly Octoling hidden behind the walls, who truly wants to be the best she can without anyone having to carry her.
