She's trained in swordfighting but she hasn't really been in a serious fight. As for as magic, she's never really shown signs of having any.

Helena was raised in the Crimson Palace in Equidale, the capital of Kirro. The world had been at peace for over a century before she was born, and there was nothing to suggest that it would be changing. Her life seemed perfect for years. As she grew up, she had everything she could possibly want at the palace. When she got older she started sneaking out into town without her guards, while she might have ran into a bit of trouble here or there, she never found herseld any any situations that really seemed dangerous. When she was around seventeen, she tried to talk her parents into letting her choose her own guard. It wasn't too hard since eveyone felt that the city was mostly safe, but they questioned whether it had been a good idea when Helena chose Alexander Corbin, who had only been at the palace for a few years and was also training as a mage apprentice. In the end, they figured that she would be less likely to try sneaking into the city without a guard when the guard was also her friend.

Was the Princess of Kirro, but was driven out not too long after the "plague of shadows" started to spread. wip
