Prince Lucas Creed

Personality;

Lucas is known first and foremost for his intensity. Extra guards, extra decorations around the palace, and very reactive towards others. Any guest that enters within the palace or his sight may feel a bit overwhelmed by it all, especially if he’s hosting a ball. He doesn’t mean to overwhelm anyone; he just wishes to give them an extremely warm welcome. His second main priority.

His first priority will always be the two main gals in his life. You could say he revolves his life around his younger sister Ella, and his partner Mill. He is always seen with either both or one of them, if out and about. To anyone who looks, it is very clear exactly how much Lucas cares for them. Even with guests, he will put the needs of both before anything else. If there is even a single threat against them, he will put in all his effort to quickly and quietly eliminate it. Whether or not it is a bluff. 

He also tends to be quite a shut in. Not much is known about him or the remains of the Colonies royal family in general. A security measure, from the once open family. 

That is as much as the public knows about him. 

In private, while still extra in many ways, he is much more tame. Much more tired. Some would call this version of Lucas comforting. This is reflected in the decor of the rooms only those close to the royal family will see. Much less loud, and much more slow.
Which Lucas tends to be. He often takes a moment or two to understand a joke, or sarcastic gesture.

Brief backstory facts; 

His sister is the true heir to the throne. However, she is far too young to rule. He was forced into the position by a mass slaughter of the government, and his family. Not only has this forced him into a position to rule, but it has also forced him into parenting his young sister. Who was too young to really even remember the night they lost everyone. He only had his uncle’s, who not only rule the country Faerlyn but were close friends of his parents, to guide him. Sadly, even with their help, he was far too vulnerable to recognize the snakes getting in.

Unaware to him, the same snakes that raised his fiancée, would invade his broken home as well. They called themselves the Council. They threatened him into a deal when he first was forced to rule, then much later as he’s set his wedding date they left him three options. Start a war for them, run away to his uncle’s and watch as they’re killed much like his parents, or reject their offer and have his little sister killed. He chose the former; betraying his uncle’s all in the name of keeping up a deal so that’d Ella would never be the next to fall.

He gave up the war not long after it started. His fiancée and sister had long since ran away. He couldn’t take the fact they left. That to protect them he put blood on his hands. Blood that could’ve been prevented if he recognized the Council for what they were back then. He allowed himself to be captured and imprisoned for his crimes. Only able to ruminate on how he hurt everyone he cares for.

Fun Facts;

- Even though they’re technically not together anymore due the war and how toxic things were during it, he’s still 100% dedicated to Mill. Does not matter if there’s a bigger, badder girl out there- he loves Mill, and only Mill. 

- Ella and Mill are the most important people in his life, and if anyone were to harm them he’d lose his morals completely to defend them. Of course he wouldn’t handle the consequences of that well.

- He wants nothing more than to be able to hug Ella again. He’s sad that she’s so cautious of him.

- Ella and him are half siblings. 

- Man loves his cocktails. A little too much.

- He dyed his hair blonde to keep within the restrictions of the royal court. He prefers his natural color, but laws are laws.

- He hates his dyed hair. He hates how often it has to get dyed.

- Why his age range so big? Because only at around 22-27 was he actually roaming around, but I also wanted to keep consistent w/ Barry’s and Mill’s age ranges. In which he is 30-34

- He has the sassiest walk. He walks as if he’s on the fashion runway.

- His natural hair color is a dark brown.

- He wears robes exclusively when he can get away with it.

- If he had background music it’d be classic lady gaga songs.

- He was 18 when he took control of The Colonies. Ella was 4 at the time.

- When Mill and Ella left, he not only isolated himself; the sight of him without a drink became quite rare.

- When he was imprisoned, almost all of his hair was cut off.

- Mill might never know exactly how happy it makes him, when she visits.
