his name is Ota, he's not actually OTA lol

he is Arwen's arranged suitor. He is technically the second in line to acquire the throne of the kingdom, but he is so careless with his duties that many of the other royals do not believe he'll come close to proper Lordship within his lifetime.

he does not know about Arwen's lineage, and frankly, does not care. Arwen himself is quite beautiful, and that interests him (as a somewhat hedonistic fellow), but he does not enjoy the prospect of what their commitment brings, such as proper princely work.
