Simple Tag Directory

I've seen very few users create tag descriptions/directories, but I think they're pretty neat, albeit quite limited in use. (Well organized folders will do the job fine, if not better.)
Main Tags section is meant for quick access to tags you use a lot or want people to see. This could be sales, sonas, a story you've put a lot of work into, or even a wip tag for seeing all the characters you need to work on.
I've set this up so that only the main tags section are meant to be linked, but you can easily add links to the tags in the description boxes. Adding links to tags is tedious, especially when you need to update things, so I wanted it to be optional.
You can edit the color of the tags by changing badge-[BSCOLOR] in class, but keep in mind readability.
