Myka's host was plain and unimportant - no friends, no family, no ambitions. She went to work on time every day and came home to feed her cat and use the Internet. Boring. An easy target. Myka watched her, studied her hobbies and flipped through her life. Some part of her felt sorry for her, so she started using her host's social media accounts to tell off bullies and recommend things she thought her host would enjoy. "I can make you so much better," is the first thing Myka said to her - and she'd meant it.

It started out as a game, trying to get her host to look at her so she could take possession of her body. Myka enjoyed the back-and-forth, the cat-and-mouse. Her host put up more resistance than she was expecting. It was fun. She got attached without meaning to. Then her host had a bad day. A breakdown. She looked at Myka deliberately, giving up control. Myka finally got what she wanted - and it hurt.

Glib, flippant, and irreverent, Myka does whatever she wants when she wants. She revels in causing chaos just for the hell of it, amusing herself by toying with Internet users. Sharp-witted and sharper-tongued, she'll find out exactly what buttons to push and press then when you least expect it. She's self-absorbed, but can be persuaded to care about others on occassion, viewing them as interesting diversions. Myka harbors a deep-seated sense of guilt for what she did to her host, but covers it up with lies and mockery. Don't get too close to her - she bites.
