Whatever Seiko did, it seems that the higher powers among reapers are not a huge fan of it. However, what caused her bad standing is something that she does not openly speak about.
Even when she is met with her new partner, a frankly adorable fellow reaper, she still keeps some distance and does not divulge any unnecessary information.
She is highly skilled as a reaper, so what seems to have been the intent to put her with a partner was rather to fix her behavior, and not so much her actual skill.
She really likes Akari basically immediately after meeting her. Akari is gloomy and not very sociable but she still can't help but want to be around them constantly.
- Usually people don't know she's a reaper until seeing her eye.
- She dances in her free time.
- Her weapon is a pretty standard scythe, with veins of mana.
Seiko is generally very personable, but to anyone who spends an extended amount of time with her can tell that it's all just appearances.
She carries something inside that no one really knows much about, perhaps except for the higher-ups that initially made her a reaper; her mask stays on all the time, and most people never get to see a hint of what she's actually like.

The reaper that Seiko is made to work together with as part of her punishment and rehabilitation. The two are as different as could be, which causes a ton of friction but also becomes a source of interest for Seiko; to learn more about them, what makes them like this, all that good stuff.
She eventually finds herself falling for her; in a sort of new way that she's not very used to, but she also knows that Akari probably doesn't think very highly for her, so she's content to just stay that way with them forever.
- No matter the season you will rarely find Seiko covering her belly button; she likes to wear fake tattoos and stickers around her abdomen for fashion reasons.
- She likes wearing wide-legged pants as they are more fun for her to dance in, but some of them look so ridiculous that you'd think she'd fall over from how big they are, but she never does.
- Compared to most reapers, who appear much more "gloomy", she's the polar opposite with her bright, warm colors and pretty smile.
