Dr. Kohl is a scientist/doctor who has a history of working for various SCP foundations. Although he looks like the "normal" Robloxian, he is actually mutated to a degree where the elements he was using to make himself "smarter" got exposed to his left side, exposing the insides of his mouth. He's very addicted to stealing organs and genuinely being a menace. not sure how he got his medical degree.
