Sabine is a rather solitary person. He prefers to keep to himself in the off hours, but while he works, he's a rather lively bartender. He's sympathetic, a good listener, and talented with his work, great at making all kinds of drinks.
However, Sabine has some deep-rooted issues affecting him. He was violently traumatized during the Apokalypsis, and lived a rough life up until a few years ago. Due to this, he has developed some horrible coping methods, including drinking heavily.

Sabine was born to a large family, as the third youngest of eleven. He often struggled with feeling ignored by his mother, and wasn't particularly assertive, so he often went forgotten as a young child. However, his brother (a year younger than him) and him were quite close, often keeping one another company.
The town he was born in was a small farming town, and growing up, he always wondered what was out beyond the village. He was often quite curious of the traveling merchants, but much too afraid to talk to them unless prompted by his parents.
