Makes you wonder why more toons don't decide to get informed, it's almost scary....
Oliver is a male lemur toon in the common toon class in Inkwell City. Oliver is a very book smart toon who works in a library in the common toon district and helps others with studying or information about the city itself. He is also Gorgie's boyfriend, and the two are commonly seen together throughout the city.

He is a complete nervous wreak by nature and hates being by himself. Due to this nervousness he often would seek out books to read to distract himself from the world around him, this means Oliver is quite intelligent, and he is able to figure out solutions to problems quicker then most.
Background
Oliver's family is very sympathetic to the villain population of the city, which led to him meeting Winnona, Gorgie, and Pasley when he was younger and forming a friendship with them. Oliver gravitated mostly to Gorgie, who had the same drive for knowledge as him, and the two grew close as they years passed. Oliver would pass down books he was finished with to Gorgie due to him being unable to buy them. The two eventually developed a relationship and support each other through personal obstacles.
