Rock

Rock "teases" his fellow nobles, but will not kill them. What noble would kill another? It's much more fun to make them miserable instead and leave them hopeless. 

Rock is intense, brutal, and wicked. He does not treat anyone well whether they are nobility, council members, or unverified. He climbed his way to power after revealing himself to be a lost son of the Flash Star, and quickly made his place within The Meridian Stretch and the Capital City. He has a team of "guards" who all work as his assassins to end those who question his rulings, but in the end he likes to cast the final blow for those who he feels insulted by. Rock had a long-term goal of making his way onto being a part of the Council, but set his eyes even higher with more consideration. He loves the noble, Vaporwave, and is helping raise her under Media's nobility standards so she can be as successful as him, but in the end, he makes clear that he will have the highest throne. He is doing this all out of petty spite, betting with one of his most treacherous enemies in a high stakes wager.

Politics aside, he has an interest in two Medians, Demo and Reel, and tries to keeps his interactions with them separate from his shenanigans with Vaporwave so they don't know the atrocious actions he commits within the borders of the land while he helps them find their place in Media, but the more his actions and plans further, the less he is able to hide. He's not too concerned, though. They can't do anything about it, anyway.

Underneath all the bitter and resentment due to the past, Rock has a few things he wants to settle and rectify while he has the power of nobility. Unfortunately, he gets easily distracted by the temptation of chaos.
