Mishka is a stoic and reclusive man with high expectations for Father's followers. He is primarily motivated by rationality and does not believe that it is necessary to maintain a empathetic demeanor or to filter his words or ideas for the sake of others. He comes across as cold, apathetic, and impatient in most situations, expending very little energy and wanting to get his point across only once - repeating himself being one of his pet peeves. He is hard to persuade, and appears indifferent and impassive in most circumstances. He has little patience for those who do not take him seriously and rarely reacts to comedic approaches. He also tends to have a bit of a short fuse and is quick to slap on impulse.

He thrives on his role as a Prophet, becoming accustomed to preaching and disseminating Arioch literature. He leads a service dedicated to Father's worship and actively recruits new members. He has his own views of beliefs, resulting in the formation of a cult apart from the Arioch faith, but not to the point of ruining Father's respect - he did so with Father's permission. He hardly never defies Father's wishes. His teaching approach is quite forceful, and he strongly supports the Arioch religion's violent components. He believes that non-believers' blood should be shed and offered as a token of devotion to Father. Arioch is more likely to rise if there are fewer non-believers. That is how he feels at least.
