The ghost of ...something.. that died of an unjust cause and is so petty about it that he refuses to move on into the afterlife so he can stay and tourment people!! He haunts/lives in a large half-sunken abandoned ship that has been recently renovated for tourism and overnight stays. It loves scaring and messing with the tourists whenever he can.
