• You can resell, trade, or gift my designs

• Do not give my designs to anyone on my blacklist

• Do not resell designs you got for free/via trade without extra art

• Do not resell any of my designs to someone off toyhouse. You MUST have a toyhouse to own my designs.

• If you trade a character with a higher value for one of my designs, you can say that my design is now worth that amount. (Example; you trade a character worth $300 for one of my designs worth $250. That $250 design is now worth $300). You cannot resell for that amount unless you have commissioned extra art of the design. Or you can "gift" away the design and do a commission worth their traded value, but only if you finish the commission before completing the transfer. (And write in the image description how much the commission was)

• People can buy a character for you in exchange for my design, but they cannot give you the money so that you can buy it yourself

• You are not allowed to double price my designs. (Example: A design was worth $50, but you bought it for a discounted price. You add the discount price to their previous worth.) It's fine to keep track of what their original worth was, but do not EVER add it onto their value.

• You can add tax/fees to my designs if there's a $10 or more difference (as long as you provide screenshots)

• Do not keep their value the same if you traded a design priced lower than their initial worth. The only time I will allow this is if you swap my design for another one of my designs credited to this account ONLY, past accounts do NOT count (Example; One of my designs was worth $300, and you swap for another design that's worth $500. You can either keep their original worth or bump it up to $500)

• You are not allowed to sell artwork of a character separately (Example; You're selling a design for $100, but they come with HQ images from popular artists, so the buyer has to pay extra to own those images of the character)

• There is no cool-down time for when you get a design from me. You can put them ufo as soon as you get them, or a few days after UNLESS it's a CS design (without approval from owner of said closed species)

• Don't offer on any of my characters if you have me blocked on an alt

• Do not delete any artwork and resell at a high price. You can only sell for lower than what they're worth if they come with missing art pieces. You must also let the buyer know that they are purchasing a character with missing artwork.

• If you are in need of money and would like to over-price my design, please dm me so we can discuss it. You'll need to split some of the funds with me.

• You can use my designs for both personal and commercial (games, manga, stories, ect) as long as I'm credited

• You are allowed to get fursuits, plushies, shirts, ect made for YOU only. You cannot sell the fursuits or physical items separately if you eventually sell the character! You have to ship them with the character. You do not have to pay for shipping, the person buying from you can.

• If you are a buyer of a character that includes physical items, you can add the cost of shipping to the character's worth

• You are not allowed to make a profit off of my artwork, unless you're a trusted buyer and own more than 10 of my designs (credited to this account only. Past accounts do not count.) DM for more detail.

• If you're wanting to create merchandise of my designs to SELL, you must pay a one-time commercial fee of $250 (payment plans available). It's highly recommended that you include transaction screenshots as proof of you paying me for merchandise commercial rights, so that even if you do not get around to creating merch, the next person who owns said character doesn't have to pay an additional $250.

•  If you buy a design for $250+, you do not have to pay the $350 commercial fee. Characters bought for $250 automatically come with commercial rights!

• You are NOT allowed to use my designs or artwork as NFT, even if you have paid me for commercial rights

• Any sale you make from selling merchandise, you cannot add to the designs value

• Breeding my designs/creating children for them is allowed, you cannot make an identical twin for my design

• Do not make knock-offs of my designs

•  I don't care if you color pick as long as you aren't copying the color placement

• Once you own a design, you are free to give them any personality/backstory you'd like. The only limits are what breaks the toyhouse guidlines.

• Do NOT get any NSFW artwork done of underage characters, I will blacklist you 

• You're allowed to co-own, but do not contact me if anything happens with said person(s) you trusted to co-own with

• If you're interested in co-owning with a friend, purchases are significantly cheaper because you can just pay half and the other person pays the other half

 • You are never allowed to demand a refund/force a chargeback. All sales are final. I will reclaim ownership of whatever character I sold to you if you do this. No exceptions.

• You aren't allowed to claim the design(s) as your own. Always credit me, even if you've altered the designs

• You're always allowed to make extreme changes to the design. Please do not change their species if they're a CS unless you've gotten permission from the species owner.

• You can edit my art if you'd like to change the color scheme/add-on to their design. But do not delete the original images or edit anyone else's artwork (without permission from the artists). You can hide the original image from the public gallery.

• Do NOT use any of my art or my designs for AI
