Eye-Eye

Overview:

He’s a pirate boy who can see through technology.

He has no alternate identity than “Eye-eye”. He lost his memory in the process of gaining his power, so he has no idea who he used to be. All he knows is that he needs to do the best he can to help and protect the people of his home city dressed like a sort of shiny blue pirate.

He’s one of the most consistent superheroes around, and he’s been around much longer than most of the others, yet he operates mostly from the shadows, so knowledge of him has only really surfaced now that he’s a sort of “leader” of a small group of more mature heroes.

He handles the big guns, like citywide-worldwide danger. He’ll leave the bank robberies and muggings to the likes of Silver Striker. While those things can be dangerous, they don’t hold a candle to the crap he deals with daily.

Secret Identity:

He considers his civilian identity to be the one that he can’t have anyone knowing him as. He disguises himself as a civilian, while he’s normally a superhero. He often will assume the alias Issac Ezekiel when disguised, but if the situation calls for it, he’ll choose a less name-matching, alliterative alias. When disguising himself, he dyes his white hair black and ties it back, and he either wears sunglasses or fixes his hair to hang over his electric blue eye, and he closes it. Despite whatever eye concealer he uses, he always puts a little makeup over the scar to either dull it or cover it completely depending on how much whatever he’s doing rests on him not being recognized.

When he’s in his civilian identity, he still wears pretty nice clothing. The furthest he will “dress down” to is a polo shirt and slacks. He never wears tennis shoes.

Power: 

Eye-Eye can use his electric eye to see through any camera plugged into a wall. He only uses his power for necessary surveillance and would never spy on anyone just because he can.
