Arcane trickster rogue and tiefling(?), wears a full cloak made of paper slips. Each of which represents a debt he owes to the thieves guild that raised him since he was a baby, for the guild does no charity, and thus Birlekat has a lifetime to pay back. Endlessly devoted to his father and does not question him, but questions everyone else. Patient until he's explosively violent. Jubilant, rude, strange sense of humor, often in on a joke no one else is. Does not talk a lot, verbally quiet, though expressive in body. Inexplicably hatched from an egg.

DESIGN NOTES
- Tall, thin, incredibly green. Skin has fingerprint-like patterns and texture.
- LONG powerful tail with a spade at the end. Both tail and horns go from lime to pink.
- Horns point outwards and are rather smooth, almost like an egg-tooth.
- Cloak is ragged and black and moreso symbolic than anything else. He can see just fine from under it. He is also surprisingly quiet in it.
- Magic is pink.
- Face looks like ???
- Age is ???, but he sounds young.
