My designs can be Traded, Gifted and Re-Sold.

When you own my designs you are free to sell them for the price you paid or lower, Commissioned art adds to the value and art you have made (So long as you have done commissions similar to the artwork in the past) adds value. Traded and Gifted art does not add to the value. If you would like to re-sell it at a higher price than you paid for (So long as you are the original owner.) you can contact me as I understand difficult financial situations can arise but I really don't think I'm that popular of a design maker this would ever happen.

If you have traded the design to someone they have the option to sell the character as well so long as they contact the prior owner about it and the owner is okay with trading a character that could be sold in the future by the new owner. I want to ensure that if a character by me has any monetary value the person always has the option to sell the character in case they really need the money.
- HOWEVER in this case you cannot sell the character for more than they are worth. You have to sell the character only for how much they are worth. As long as someone has bought an adopt/design directly from me and is the first owner after me can an exception be made to that with my permission as mentioned in the first rule.

If a design is re-sold, traded, or gifted, Please let me know the new owner. (not required but interesting to see the art and designs they get with new owners!)

You can use the design for commercial work (Charms, Novels, Vtubers, ETC) I simply as that I am properly credited and linked to for the character in these cases.

My artwork I have drawn of the character cannot be sold however (Prints, ETC.) You have to draw artwork such as that yourself or commission another artist who will allow this!
