Life for Cynthia did not start out easy, but it has gone uphill since her early days. Since they were young, Cynthia and Cassidy's parents were killed in their attempt to take down the Naughty Sorceress's conquest. This left the sister's to fend for themselves, where Cynthia took on a parenting role for Cassidy.

During the first few years of the Naughty Sorceress's rule, adventuring was especially dangerous, so Cynthia had to hide her job in order to stay with Cassidy. However, once she was exposed, the sisters were tracked down. Cynthia led Cassidy out of the kingdom's outskirts towards the inner kingdom where it would be safer, but she was unfortunately shot down in pursuit. She and Cassidy were saved by a mysterious sorceress who helped shelter them for the night, but the sisters were promptly separated after the sorceress was found dead the very morning after. Because Cynthia was injured, she was taken to be treated while Cassidy was sent to a boarding school, and the sisters would not see each other for years to come.

While Cassidy fought through her days in school, Cynthia decided to try and finish what her parents started years ago: defeat the Naughty Sorceress. Having hidden undercover for a few years, she was safe from the initial hunt and managed to make it into the sorceress's tower. She met another adventurer, Frank, and the two fought through the traps and challenges together to meet the sorceress. With their combined abilities, they managed to wear her down significantly! Unfortunately, neither of their powers were strong enough to completely defeat the sorceress. In her final transformation, she knocked out Cynthia and destroyed most of Frank's body. The Naughty Sorceress, without a proper human form, then posessed Cynthia's body as a last resort. She stayed that way until Cassidy climbed up the tower herself and defeated the Naughty Sorceress, freeing Cynthia from her control.

Now, Cynthia stays with Cassidy and her friends. She retires from adventurering and applies to be a librarian, opting to spread knowledge for more enthusiastic adventurers to come. She is invaluable support to the team and provides them with useful information for their quests.
