• His father was a doctor and his mother worked from home. He also has a younger sister, named Aria.
• His parents wanted him to attend a music school where he learned to play the piano (and hate it). His sister played the violin and hated it a little less.
• He got a guitar for one of his birthdays and his parents allowed it as long as it didn’t interfere with the piano lessons.
• Had his first kiss in kindergarten. It was a tragic love story.
• He was in a band while he was in high school, mostly playing guitar and writing songs.
• Had a mohawk while he was in the band. He had to dye his hair purple and straighten it every day for this. He also had a strong dislike for his naturally wavy hair.
• A couple of years later Arden developed serious anxiety issues and the band fell apart shortly after that.
• Studied archaeology in college. His father was a bit unhappy with the choice as he wanted his children to do something serious (aka he wanted them both to be doctors).
