Arlo's constantly got his head in the clouds. Full of dreams and ideas, he sees the world through rose-colored glasses. He's deeply optimistic, seeing good in everyone and everything as best as he possibly could. He's outgoing and flamboyant with an attractive quality to him- people often feel at ease around him.
