Winston Sullivan is a dullahan agent who's capable of detaching his head and secreting a fear inducing hallucinogen. His kind comes with a natural love for brutality, making him a fatal opponent and even more difficult rival to have.

A former hitman who was tasked to take out the daughter of a rich and corrupt politician, only to end up falling in love with her. He hoped to escape his past and ran away, deeply believing to find a life outside of the one he was inevitably stuck in due to his skills and the kind of supernatural he was born as. Despite his best efforts however, he'd end up losing his fiancé due to his failure to take out the target himself, and to this day struggles to forgive himself for the sins that had managed to catch up to him.

Starved and drenched to the bone, Winston hoped to see his lover again soon but was given a second chance in life by an offer of a lifetime. With the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency of Supernaturals crouched before him, a black umbrella in hand, he was asked a question he so desperately longed to hear.

“Will you go to hell and take the suffering of your victims with you, or will you come make amends to those who can yet be saved?”

Fearmongering level
Difficulty:
Cost:

Winston secretes smog that once inhaled causes his victims to hallucinate and tense up, their body reactions similar to that of a panic attack. This technique requires him to loosen the bandages around his neck or to separate his head altogether. Unless the opponent wears a gas masks with the ability to filter the smog, even with the gadget, it only filters around 60-80% of this ability's effects which in turn will at least prevent the wearer from seeing visions and feel muscle spasms.

Winston isn't immune to his own smog and will suffer too. He simply grew used to his own ability and brute forces his way through.

The Headless Horseman level
Difficulty:
Cost:

This allows him to completely remove the head from his body, allowing him to navigate the body at a safer distance to keep his fatal weakpoint in a secure spot. While he's completely able to maneuver his limbs, he is still capable of feeling the inflicted pain. His head isn't entirely stationary though, and he's very much able to roll around whilst using his body to distract the enemy which makes this ability perfect for stealth missions.

While this skill is easy to execute, it requires an intense amount of concentration to keep his body and attacks fluid and precise.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
