The year is 1980 and we are in London. Augments are marginalized humans with special powers. Northrend are an anarchist group of misfits led by Neraverine, a refugee who has fled the Mozambican Civil War. Half of the members want to end humanity, the other half want to reconcile with it. Things get even more complicated when Yuri arrives, a Soviet ambassador offering them payment if they do terrorist work on behalf of the KGB.
