Vica is a tech nerd with a bachelor's in computer engineering. Likes  goofing around with her friends and would say she's the funniest person around (her friends would disagree.) She doesn't train Pokemon herself,  but she studies technology relating to Pokeballs and Pokemon storage.

She frequently goes on legendary-seeking missions headed by her best friend Eloise. Has a large collection of polo shirts.
