Formerly a high ranking member of the guards of the hive but they have since retired from the position - being a member of the guards never brought them that much joy. They are aware that they are one of the stronger members of the hive so they still have an exclusive mercenary contract with the hive and will help out in emergencies.

On normal days they enjoy their now peaceful life and deliver letters within the hive and to nearby villages. They love to stop and have chats with others so they aren't the fastest with delivering letters but they do make sure that each and every letter is delivered to the right person - even if you are missing the name of that person and only have a rough description.

They are also iridescent as some snakes are/some bug parts can be.
