Johnny Wildmelon

One of Toontown's few posttoons, Johnny Wildmelon has travelled the streets of Toontown more times than he can count. He's a chipper fellow, though mild-mannered and easy to fool, that can get along with anyone. Rarely, though, does he find someone he'd truly call a friend. It's not that he has trust issues or some sort of old wound, he's just like that (and also unsure of when exactly someone becomes a friend). Despite this, he does have a couple in his fellow posttoons. He also considers Spider Float a good acquaintance of his due to how often she's helped out on busy days.

Johnny usually delivers mail in and around Donald's Dreamland. He has a whole route he plotted out himself that zigzags around the neighbourhood, ending with the Frazzlewire Estate. He's the only posttoon that actively wants to visit that one estate. Other posttoons might step foot there if the mail's for Large Cheese, but Johnny's the only one who will deliver mail to the Quack Doctor. He honestly enjoys going there! He usually gets to talk to Large Cheese, and sometimes he even gets to see the Doctor himself! None of his coworkers understand why he enjoys seeing the Doctor so much.

Truth be told, it's because he has a crush on him. He's had it for many years, since even before Large Cheese moved to the estate! Heck, he used to deliver mail to him before either of them moved to Toontown! He's not sure if it's the air of mystery the Quack Doctor has, his unkempt feathers or maybe his fangs (Walt he thinks so much of those fangs), but he wants to get to know him better. He holds out hope that this dream of his will come true someday, though he's starting to think it won't. Until he gets a definite answer, he delivers a little ValenToons card to and for the Doc each year. His fellow posttoons and Spider Float are aware he has a crush, but they're unaware of who exactly it's on. They probably think it's on another crocodile, or perhaps a cat.
