A small monkey Toon often seen scampering around doing odd jobs for anyone who needs an extra pair of hands. She's fond of delivering things - she'll always take up delivering letters around holidays like ValenToon's and the winter holidays, and will gladly help deliver confidential Toon Resistance packages. She's got teleport access to every playground in Toontown, but only ever uses it in extremely urgent situations. She much prefers to run from place to place. It's good exercise!
Spider Float's pretty social, so she's got a lot of friends all across Toontown. Among her recent ones are Goody Gumdrops and Jingleberry. She's heard of their neighbour Jackie O. Lantern and Goody's cousin Telephone, but has yet to meet them. Additionally, she's befriended a few Resistance Rangers too! (But not any of the big names - yet.) One would think she gets along with just about anyone, but she tends to be uncharacteristically quiet around scientoons and outright avoids Doctor Surlee. No one's sure why this is, but she does have her reasons...
Back in (in-universe timeline) 2003, the anomalies of the 26th led to Surlee's debug being temporarily switched on. The Quack Doctor, who had been jealously following the tidings of the 26th, decided that now was the perfect time to invade Surlee's privacy and get back at him for not accepting him into Loony Labs. Thus, he created a Toon from whatever orange and black ink he could find (...it didn't necessarily have to be his). That Toon was Spider Float, and immediately after she was made, she was sent on her way to Toontown to find out how to activate Surlee's debug. She hated every second of it - of having to do the dirty work of some Toon that had the gall to call himself her father, of being a doppelganger of another Toon she hadn't even met - and thus decided to run away and find someplace else to live after just a few days of living with and working for the Quack Doctor. From there, she scrounged up the jellybeans to buy herself a Rewrite, which she got after just over a year's worth of trolley games, odd jobs and fishing.
She doesn't hate Doctor Surlee like the Quack Doctor does, but still finds his presence discomforting. He reminds her too much of the reason why she was created in the first place, and a part of her is scared that he might recognise her in some way. Despite that, however, she kept up with the 26th anomalies until they ended. She's not sure if she felt obligated to or if she was actually curious about them, but it's still knowledge she's glad to have obtained. She likes recounting those events to any Toons who ask, whether they're newer Toons who missed out witnessing them or older ones who simply weren't paying attention.

There isn't quite a word to describe just how much Spider Float hates the Quack Doctor. She hates him for creating her for such a shallow and selfish purpose, she hates him for creating her in the image of someone she didn't know, and most of all, she hates him for never treating her as a person. If she never sees him again, it'll be too soon.
During the short time Spider Float worked for the Quack Doctor, the doctor never let her see him much. As a result, she doesn't know very much about her former neighbour. Until given information one way or the other, she staunchly takes a neutral opinion on him.
Due to the aforementioned reasons she finds discomfort in Surlee's presence, she hasn't interacted with him much. The only time she has was during the Great Silly Particle Search. While she'd usually be able to find a Toon with enough room in their pockets to take her Silly Particles and deliver them to Surlee on her behalf, there were rare occasions where she'd have to give them to him directly. She made sure to avoid eye contact with him, and fortunately for her, Surlee was too busy making sure he could get to everyone waiting in line in a timely manner to even consider small talk.
The two met in Toontown Central on Goody's first day in Toontown; at first, Spider Float acted as a bit of a Cheshire Cat figure to xem, playfully encouraging xem to poke around and find out in a semi-cryptic way, but Goody took this as a sign to get to know her, and the two of them hit it off well! Spider Float will come over when Goody Gumdrops is at toons estate and take the opportunity to doodle stuff on the spare pieces of paper toon has around, or just watch cartoons with toon. She's been trying to track down a very specific book on cartoon-making from the 1940's for fawn, but hasn't had much luck.
While not a Scientoon herself, Spider Float did pick up a bit more information on silliness than the average Toon would have thanks to following the events of the 26th anomalies, and was happy to tell Jingleberry about it when they asked. The two were introduced to each other through Goody Gumdrops.
While she doesn't see him terribly often, Spider Float considers Johnny Wildmelon a friend of hers. She appreciates his positive outlook, though does wish he had a bit more of a spine. She's unaware that Johnny's long-harboured crush is on the Quack Doctor - if she were to find out, it would shatter their friendship instantly.
