 A trained but not licensed surgeon who operates an underground clinic, primarily focusing on illegal or difficult-to-acquire procedures

 The majority of his clients are monsters or hybrids, though it isn't unheard of for humans to also seek his services

 Has a generally cool and professional air about him, though he does also harbor a sarcastic streak. Being a bit jaded, he tends not to take other people's concerns or discomfort too seriously, and sometimes says things that are either somewhat insensitive or downright cruel. Thankfully, this hasn't lost him too many customers

 His motivations for running his business are overall unclear, not that anyone is trying to figure them out
