Asterie

 Works under Kishi, with a "cover" job as a stage performer. She isn't famous by any means, mostly doing opener acts for concerts and such by using her powers to put on light shows, usually to pop songs.

 Sociable, sweet, and has no problem meeting and getting along with people. She loves both high and low-energy gatherings, making the most of whatever situation she finds herself in. 

 A constant people pleaser and overachiever, doing the most to impress others and earn their good graces. While her intentions are wholesome and mostly just set in self-doubt, this has sometimes come off too strongly and backfired on her. Luckily, she usually keeps it subtle or masks it as overconfidence. Definitely a variation of the Mom Friend.

 Physically very agile and graceful, especially while she's dancing/performing, and she's trained in basic self-defense arts. However, when she's not paying attention, her tail does sometimes get in her way or knock into things unintentionally.

 She would consider herself a good flirt, but she's mostly just good at boosting people's egos. It sometimes works.

 She's very organized and likes to keep all her belongings tidy. She also writes in a diary with colorful pens like a high school girl taking fancy notes for history class.
