Personality:
Cold, Irritable, stubborn, hot headed, and volatile. Anti hero type character. Does what he thinks is best regardless of whether or not it's truly the right thing to do. Has no problem breaking rules and will resist authority if it gets in the way of his goals. Usually prefers to stay away from people and out of sight but will occasionally cause a stir if something upsets him and he feels the need to fight back in opposition of the person or thing that wronged him. Has no friends but if he did he'd care a great deal for them. Not overly fond of children, but would never intentionally try to hurt or upset one. Will always genuinely apologize if he's done something he thinks to be wrong, but he has to actually realize it was wrong in order to be willing to do so. Literally just a dark and edgy man who is always angry at something. Would fight with all his might to protect someone he cared about.

-Forced out of Throne and banished from the city center. He will return one day and right that which is wrong.
-Very likely has a "super" mode where his powers are maxed out for a short time, but very hard to control. Probably able to do so out of sheer rage. (He's just very extra.)
-Loves to combine his wind + fire aspects to create lightning storms for offensive moves.
-Will occasionally disguise himself through the use of temporary illusion cards as an animal person so that he can pass through areas undetected by others of his kind. (An illusion card is a type of magic card similar to a healing tarot. Magic cards have been imbued with the power of a spell of varying power and type depending on their number and suit. Usually only viable for one use before they must be discarded. They can be purchased from shops but are a bit of a rare, hard to find item and thus typically have a very high price.)
