Aquolo is part of a species called "Kamarekai" a small group that lives in an underwater city near a tropical Beach with a lighthouse. Most of them likes to have fun on the Beach and some have the duty of cleaning it up from time to time, Aquolo being one of them.
Aquolo is the brother of Aqualu (as you can see by the name.) He's protective of his sister and will do anything to ensure that she's having fun.
