Prince Porkchop is a crazy "prince" who lives in an abandoned sewer system under The Food Court that stretches throughout the entirety of Morn. He's always popping out of holes in the ground to bother his "friends".
He used to be a normal fellow, but once he lost his mind for a reason unknown to many...
His only real friend is Happyburger, who is always so happy that he is not bothered by Porkchop's insanity.
